Marc is a single man who a manufacturing executive who lives in the heart of The Village.  He’s lived in this condo for more than 10 years. 

Issue & Resolution

This laundry room had seen better days.  It had become a type of ‘catch all’ for various items including tools, and an ill-fitting old kitchen cabinetry.  Our client wanted this space to be welcoming and cheery, with significant storage for laundry, tools, and house hold cleaning items.

The space features high-gloss melamine foil IKEA cabinetry with soft-close doors and drawers.  The backsplash is a multi-coloured glass mosaic tile.  The flooring is a bold-coloured marmoleum. The appliances are state-of-the-art in a matching colour to the cabinetry. The countertop is Caesarstone quartz – colour Fog.
