We welcome Stepan Cherbadzhi as the new president of Bryant Renovations.  He has been an integral member of our team since 1999 and is largely responsible for where the company stands today.

Stepan’s keen eye for detail and talent for managing building teams was developed during his extensive experience as a designer and production manager with The Bolshoi Theatre in Moscow.  His projects include collective productions in Europe and North America –  Teatro Carlo Felice in Genoa, Italy, The Metropolitan Opera in New York City, USA.  He has also worked with Bolshoi Productions in Glasgow, Edinburgh, La Coruña (Spain), and other international locations.

In the late 1990’s Stepan founded an interior design company responsible for a number of successful residential and commercial projects, many of which were featured in Russian design magazines, including Archidom Magazine.

Stepan has fostered a culture of dedication, responsibility, and craftsmanship earning Bryant Renovations the reputation as one of the best renovators in the Greater Toronto Area.  Projects vary greatly in size and scope –from bathrooms, to kitchens, to underpinning, to 3-storey renovations and more.  Always insisting on strict quality control and, going well-beyond the building code requirements.

Dennis Bryant Construction Consultant

Dennis Bryant is a qualified, licensed carpenter with over 30 years experience.  He grew up in Vancouver and worked alongside his carpenter father. After earning his BA degree at Simon Fraser University and spending five years working with emotionally disturbed teens, he returned to carpentry.

He moved to Toronto in 1986, and began Bryant Renovations.  He offered his expertise in quality renovations in a different way to both residential and commercial clients.

Though he has stepped back from his lead role as president - Dennis still has a passion for fine carpentry—just ask him about dovetail joinery, crown moulding, period restoration, or clean-edged 21st-century styling.  He continues to update his knowledge of building trends and best practices with courses through private academies and professional organizations, such as BILD. He is a treasured asset as Construction Consultant to Bryant Renovations.
